Executive Director

The role is based out of Atlanta, GA , with the ability to work on-site and from home on a regular basis.



Overview


The purpose of the Executive Director (Integrator) is to maximize GFM’s impact by translating the Founder's vision into action and ensuring the organization runs smoothly and effectively. This non-profit ministry leadership role balances strategic execution and operational excellence through strong organizational leadership, strategic planning, sound business management, financial oversight, and human resource development. This person works closely with the Founder to ensure that all staff, programs, and international hubs are aligned with GFM’s mission, values, and strategic objectives. This is a full-time ministry and not-for-profit business role that may require some fundraising.



Key Responsibilities


The Executive Director has direct oversight across the organization, with key responsibilities falling into these domains:




  • Vision Execution & Strategic Alignment: Translate the Founder’s long-term vision into actionable annual, quarterly, and weekly goals (rocks). Maintain organizational focus, prevent mission drift, and ensure all hubs and staff align with GFM’s mission and priorities.

  • Leadership & People Management: Directly manage the Global Leadership Team (GLT), providing coaching and development. Ensure “right people, right seats” alignment across all key positions. Address and resolve personnel or leadership conflicts in a timely, biblical, and healthy manner.

  • Operations & Systems: Oversee day-to-day operations including finance, HR, development, and communications execution. Ensure systems and processes are efficient, repeatable, and scalable across all international hubs. Maintain oversight of organizational assets.

  • Financial Oversight: Work with department leaders to develop budgets and monitor program spending. Review monthly financial reports and partner with department directors to ensure sustainable growth and long-term financial stability. Ensure proper stewardship of all organizational resources.

  • Accountability & Metrics: Develop and maintain an Organizational Scorecard tracking financial, operational, and ministry performance. Facilitate monthly GLT meetings and track KPIs related to staff health, program outcomes, and organizational growth.

  • Communication & Rhythm: Own and maintain the leadership meeting rhythm (weekly direct reports, monthly GLT, quarterly strategic reviews). Ensure clear internal communication and alignment across all departments and hubs.

  • Spiritual Leadership: Pray for staff, hubs, and ministry outcomes. Monitor and support the spiritual health of staff and leadership teams, serving as a model of Christ-centered leadership in daily operations.



Key Collaboration With Founder


The Executive Director acts as the Integrator in an EOS-aligned structure, partnering with the Founder (Visionary) to ensure organizational strength:



  • Meet weekly for alignment, problem-solving, and honest feedback.

  • Translate the Founder’s strategic priorities into executable plans.

  • Guard the Founder’s time by managing operational, internal, and relational issues.

  • Act as a reality check to keep the vision grounded and achievable.



Required Qualifications



  • Must personally embrace GFM’s purpose, vision, values, and statement of faith.

  • Must identify as a maturing believer in Jesus Christ with a high view of Scripture.

  • Must demonstrate humility, teachability, advanced interpersonal relational skills, and a dedication to peacemaking.

  • Significant experience with organizational leadership using EOS systems (like the Traction model) is required.

  • Significant fundraising experience establishing and developing donor and church relationships.

  • Experience in project and budget management, human resources, and/or accounting.

  • Demonstrated ability to set goals, manage data and metrics, and summarize outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide significant spiritual leadership to interdenominational, missions-minded individuals and churches.
